Former Employee - Systems Engineer says

"- Lots of Managers, few leaders - Management causing a very toxic work environment - Be lucky to end up in a "good" team"

Former Employee - Project Officer says

"Old & hierarchic structures (willingness to change, but very difficult in reality) Slow in decision & transformation (willingness to work more bottom-up, horizontal ... but middle-management is not ready for it). Not very challenging for someone young and ambitious => No career path / follow-up of talent / difficult to go 'abroad' (I've missed incentives) Often lack of willingness to work hand-in-hand with other departments, to score together"

Current Employee - Product Manager says

"lack of opportunity to develop my skills"
